Do you enjoy being active, working outdoors, and being around vehicles? Buerkle Honda is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Vehicle Operations Associate to help keep our dealership running smoothly.

This role is critical to the customer experience and daily dealership operations. You will keep vehicles organized, accessible, and ready for customers while ensuring the dealership lot remains safe, efficient, and professionally maintained.

No automotive experience is required—we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
  • Move vehicles throughout the dealership and between departments.
  • Retrieve, stage, and position vehicles for customers and dealership staff.
  • Maintain organization, appearance, and accuracy of vehicle inventory on the lot.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries, dealer trades, and vehicle transfers between locations as needed.
  • Prepare vehicles for customer delivery by ensuring they are fueled, charged, clean, and properly staged.
  • Conduct routine lot inspections to verify vehicle placement and condition.
  • Respond to vehicle movement requests from sales, service, and management teams.
  • Assist with snow removal from vehicles and lot preparation during winter months.
  • Monitor lot conditions and maintain a safe, clean, and professional dealership environment.
