Compensation & Benefits

Current Union Compensation Package

• Good Faith Wage Estimate: $44,500-$70,000+ annually
• Guaranteed Hourly Earnings: $21.42-$21.71 per hour worked
• Flat-Rate Pay Scale: $22.63-$24.33 per flat-rate hour produced (current union production scale)

What You'll Do

As a Light Duty/Internal Technician, you'll perform meaningful automotive repairs while working alongside experienced Honda technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• New Vehicle Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
• Used Vehicle Mechanical Reconditioning
• Honda Certified Pre-Owned Inspections
• Brake Service & Repairs
• Steering & Suspension Repairs
• Cooling System Repairs
• Maintenance Services
• Tire Installation & Repairs
• Battery & Electrical System Repairs
• Minor Mechanical Repairs
• Warranty Repairs
• Vehicle Inspections
• Learning advanced diagnostic and repair procedures from experienced Honda technicians

This position provides the experience and training necessary to continue advancing your automotive career.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have previous automotive repair experience (Light Duty, Internal Technician or equivalent experience required)
• Have Honda or Acura dealership experience (preferred but not required)
• Take pride in producing quality work
• Enjoy learning and expanding your technical skills
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Have a valid driver's license with a good driving record

Do I need Honda experience?

No. Previous automotive repair experience is required, but Honda experience is not. We provide paid Honda factory training.

Will I receive training?

Absolutely. We invest heavily in both paid Honda factory training and hands-on mentoring from experienced technicians.

Is there room to advance?

Yes. We promote from within whenever possible. This position is designed to prepare motivated technicians for advancement into higher-paying technician classifications.

Is this a flat-rate position?

This position includes guaranteed hourly earnings along with a union flat-rate compensation structure, providing income stability while rewarding productivity and professional growth.
