Job description

Rockstar is recruiting for a purpose-built cyber GRC platform designed to enable CISOs to track and monitor security controls. Their customers break out of the slow and expensive realities that plague legacy GRC tools by bridging security, risk, and compliance through controls lifecycle management. They achieve 90% faster certification times and 60% less audit prep time. Today's expansive security and compliance requirements can only be met with a modern, CCM-based approach, and this client is the market leader in that space.

Position

The client is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager (MOPs) to be the operational backbone of a high-performing marketing engine. They run lean, move fast, and hold their marketing infrastructure to the same standard as they hold their product. This role is responsible for keeping the data clean, the systems connected, the campaigns wired correctly, and the reporting tight enough to prove pipeline impact down to the dollar.

This is a builder role for someone who is AI-native, automates everything that can be automated, and is energized by the work behind the work. You will partner closely with Demand Generation, Product, Digital, and Field on attribution and high-fidelity data.

If you are analytical, execution-oriented, comfortable being measured on the systems that drive results, and obsessed with finding a smarter way, this role is for you.

What You'll Own
  • Own the MarTech stack end to end: HubSpot, Salesforce integrations, ABM and intent platforms, ad platforms, webinar tools, and the integrations that hold them together.
  • Own the operational layer of the client's website: CMS administration, integrations, technical implementation of conversion paths, forms, tracking, and tag management.
  • Own data governance: contact database integrity, deduplication, enrichment, list management, and enforcement of compliance and consent policies.
  • Build and continuously optimize campaign infrastructure, workflows, lead scoring, routing, and full-funnel attribution reporting.
  • Own marketing reporting and dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools, with a focus on the metrics that prove pipeline contribution and conversion improvement.
  • Use AI to accelerate execution, automate repetitive workflows, surface insights faster, and continuously raise the bar on what a lean team can deliver.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert across the full MarTech stack, owning integrations, tool evaluations, vendor relationships, and documentation.
  • Partner closely with RevOps on shared data, attribution, routing, scoring, and SLAs.
Proven Capabilities
  • 5+ years in marketing operations or an ops-heavy digital marketing role in B2B SaaS.
  • Expert HubSpot and Salesforce; certs strongly preferred.
  • WordPress technical ownership experience.
  • AI-native mindset with demonstrated use of AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate execution, and improve operational efficiency; Claude Code preferred.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, or equivalent.
  • Experience in high-growth companies where processes and structure are still evolving.
  • HubSpot certifications strongly preferred; other MarTech certs are a plus!
