Job description


The Senior Client Operations Manager, Field Execution & Analytics plays a critical role in supporting field leadership by driving operational visibility, execution tracking, and data integrity across the organization. This individual serves as a key partner to field leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making through reporting, analytics, system oversight, and performance tracking.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Power BI), ensuring accuracy of operational data, tracking compliance and execution metrics, and supporting client-level training initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytics, systems expertise, and operational understanding within a large, distributed field organization.
Responsibilities
Execution & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor and report on field execution metrics, including coverage, compliance, project completion, etc.
  • Develop standardized scorecards and reporting frameworks for field leadership
  • Identify performance gaps, risks, and trends; provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Partner with field leaders to ensure consistent execution against client and retailer expectations

Reporting & Analytics
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and automated reporting tools
  • Consolidate data across multiple systems to create a single source of truth
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support business decisions, client needs, and operational improvements
  • Track and report KPI performance at the national, regional, and client level

Systems Management & Data Integrity
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for field systems and tools
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms
  • Identify system gaps or inefficiencies and partner with internal teams to drive improvements

Client & Training Support
  • Partner with business and field teams to align on data-driven expectations
  • Assist in tracking training initiatives tied to execution

Cost Management & Operational Efficiency
  • Track labor and operational cost metrics relative to execution output
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize resource allocation
  • Support forecasting and performance vs. plan reporting

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Act as a liaison between field teams, business teams, and corporate support functions
  • Drive alignment on processes, reporting standards, and performance expectations
  • Support strategic initiatives tied to operational excellence and field enablement

Qualifications
Performance Metrics
  • Scorecard metrics for project loading, QA and invoicing.

Education: Four-year college degree in a related discipline strongly preferred.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in Client Operations, Retail Operations, Project Management, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Prior experience leading, supervising, or providing guidance to associates is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with system administration, data governance, platform management, or process optimization is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Specific Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experience using Axis, SSRS, billing systems, fulfillment tools, or related operational platforms preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Provides indirect supervision, direction, and support to Client Operations Managers and Client Operations Coordinators.
Travel Requirements: Approximately 10% to 20% domestic travel may be required.
