Strategic Account Leader

Client is seeking a high-impact Strategic Account Leader to manage one of its most critical global accounts. This onsite leadership role demands a seasoned professional who can seamlessly integrate sales, delivery, and strategic advisory, acting as the primary interface between client leadership, client delivery teams, and internal competency units. The leader will be accountable for both running and growing the account, driving delivery excellence, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and supporting the client's IT transformation journey. This includes guiding complex programs such as the migration from JD Edwards to Oracle Fusion and overseeing critical infrastructure services and cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities for this role
  • Act as the face of Birlasoft to the client, managing executive relationships and strategic priorities.
  • Interface across client leadership, internal delivery, and horizontal practices to ensure end-to-end ownership
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, transformation, and innovation
  • Build trusted advisor status with the client CIO and senior IT leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery across applications, infrastructure, and support services
  • Ensure high-quality execution, adherence to SLAs, and proactive risk and issue management
  • Lead structured governance and continuous improvement across service lines
  • Drive SOP compliance, automation, and accountability across all functions
  • Support the client CIO in key IT decisions, acting as a strategic sounding board
