About the Role:
This is a fully remote position supporting clients with structured vacation planning and scheduling. In this role, you will assist individuals and families by organizing travel details, coordinating itineraries, and ensuring all components of their plans are clear, accurate, and easy to follow. Your primary focus will be maintaining organization, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the planning process.
As an Administrative Client Coordinator, you will assist with organizing vacation arrangements that may include accommodations, transportation, and scheduled activities. Many plans involve multiple steps and confirmations, so strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines efficiently are essential. You will help ensure that all reservations are properly documented, confirmations are accurate, and itinerary details are aligned.
