We're seeking a Client Manager to join our dynamic team!The Client Manager has multiple responsibilities. Primarily, the Client Manager is responsible for overall account management to include the supervision of the team assembled to service the account. The Client Manager must have the ability to effectively communicate to consultants, potential consultants, client contacts and internal contacts. The OPM is responsible for prioritizing requisitions and directing the work of On-Premise Recruiters.

You Will

  • Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified colleagues interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment
  • Maintain consultant requisition process by qualifying openings with the client
  • Coordinate the fulfillment of open requisitions with the Delivery team
  • Perform all necessary consultants screening to ensure their qualifications meet open positions (i.e. interviews, reference checks, skills testing, background checks, etc...)
  • Maintain and manage consultants work force according to the client specific requirements, manage feedback in tandem with client specific requirements
  • Follow Injury Reporting Protocol by communicating with the appropriate internal contact and the local medical facility that provides post accident care
  • Serve as the interface between client managers, local office (if applicable) and consultants. This includes regular attendance of client production and/or staff meetings
  • Identify and participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs as needed and cold calling on schools, organizations, and outplacement services to promote Actalent
  • Prepare client specific reports on an ad hoc basis or as required by Service Agreement. Meet with client to discuss and review reports
  • Maintain all documentation using Actalent online system and access database to track information and hiring metrics regarding candidates and sourcing strategies
  • Execute routine audit of consultant PPE compliance
  • Maintain a professional work environment in alignment with current client culture
  • Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Actalent for conflict resolution

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience with any one or a combination of the following with a high emphasis on customer service:
    • High volume recruiting
    • Managing a high volume account
    • Providing on-premise support to a client
  • Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
  • Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
