  • Schedule qualified in-home design consultations for our sales team

  • Welcome walk-in showroom customers and provide a great first impression

  • Answer general questions about our products and process (no design or hard selling required)

  • Support showroom organization and day-to-day flow

  • Work closely with sales and management to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills (phone and in-person)
  • Friendly, professional, and confident demeanor
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM tools
  • Reliable and consistent with follow-through
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, welcoming presence

Perks & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly

  • Paid holidays & PTO

  • Health, Vision & Dental Insurance

  • Supportive, team-focused culture

  • Ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your career

Why This Role Is Different:

  • No cold calling

  • No late nights

  • No high-pressure sales
