Position Summary

The Business Development / Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales goals in the plumbing service and repair industry. This role will develop strategies to grow the company’s market share, build long-term partnerships, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The manager will represent the company in a manner consistent with our core values: Confident & Humble, Dependable & Transparent, Hardworking & Accountable, Cooperative, Professional, and Positive.

Compensation & Benefits

· Base compensation will be $50,000 / annually + up to 7% commission.

Essential Job Functions (ADA-Compliant)

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in plumbing, construction, HVAC, or related service industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of California plumbing service market and regulatory environment preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
