We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Sales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and engaging with current customers. Secure first appointments with key decision-makers in existing buildings.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify, plan, and execute growth strategies for existing clients, focusing on innovative and outside-the-box solutions.
  • Client Partnership: Collaborate with businesses to coauthor unique solutions that address their specific challenges and goals.
  • Risk Mitigation: Develop strategies to help clients budget for future projects, reducing the need for costly emergency service calls.
  • Pricing and Proposals: Present pricing options for service and planned maintenance agreements, assisting clients in budgeting for future needs.
  • Benchmarking: Evaluate partner facilities to identify inefficiencies and compare performance against industry standards.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong business partnerships to gain client trust, meet their objectives, and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Financial Analysis: Utilize our tools to build financial and life cycle analyses, quantifying value from the customer's perspective.
  • Impactful Presentations: Generate and deliver compelling proposals and executive-level presentations that lead to signed contracts.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in sales and industry training, applying new knowledge to achieve sales results.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with operations and sales team members to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Special Projects: Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in facilities services or business solution sales, with a strong preference for Power/Electrical solutions.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with all levels, including executives.
    • Proven leadership in customer engagements and managing the entire sales cycle.
    • Strong relationship-building skills to maintain and grow existing client accounts.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and teams.
    • Proficiency in writing detailed and compelling sales proposals.
    • Highly organized, able to manage multiple proposals and processes simultaneously.
    • Motivated to achieve professional, personal, and financial growth.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM).
