As Managing Director, your primary focus will be onbuilding and leading a team of experienced financial advisorswho are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, youโ€™ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.


Youโ€™ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of historyโ€”while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice

  • Active Life and Health License required

  • FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred(sponsorship and support available if not currently held)

  • Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
