City Wide Facility Solutions

Job description

City Wide Facility Solutions is the nation's leading management company in the building maintenance industry, helping commercial organizations streamline facility operations through customized janitorial and facility maintenance solutions.

Rather than providing services directly, City Wide serves as a strategic management partner, coordinating a network of specialized service providers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. This unique model allows businesses to focus on their core operations while we ensure their facilities remain clean, safe, and professionally maintained.

As we continue to expand throughout Central Florida, we are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and contribute to our continued growth.

The Opportunity

This is a pure business development role for a sales professional who excels at identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing new business.

Unlike many sales positions, this role is focused exclusively on revenue generation. Once a client agreement is executed, the account is transitioned to our operations team for implementation, service management, and ongoing support. This allows our sales professionals to remain focused on prospecting, developing opportunities, and closing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prospect and engage commercial property owners, property managers, facility directors, business owners, and other key decision-makers.
  • Generate qualified opportunities through a combination of networking, referrals, cold outreach, business development initiatives, and in-person prospecting.
  • Conduct facility assessments to identify operational challenges and recommend customized facility solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting activity within the CRM platform.
  • Negotiate agreements and successfully close new business opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed established sales and revenue objectives.
  • Represent City Wide Facility Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach to selling.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary based on experience.
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • Significant earning potential for high-performing sales professionals.

Requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven success in B2B business development, outside sales, or commercial sales environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently achieve revenue goals.
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and territory-management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

  • Experience selling facility services, property services, commercial maintenance solutions, staffing, payroll, uniform services, construction-related services, waste management, or other recurring B2B service solutions.
  • Experience selling to commercial real estate organizations, property management firms, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, or corporate environments.
