Job description

This position provides internal and external support to our Business Development Team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with overall management of the Kluber brand and is a key contributor to the continued success and growth of Kluber A + E. The successful candidate will have a track record of working independently within a team environment to produce exceptional results.

Must be professional, have strong written and oral communication skills, share our value system, and possess a strong desire to excel in their work. Primary job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Work closely with the Business Development Director to compile quality Request for Qualifications (RFQ) submissions within deadlines, and complete related tasks Write compelling cover letters, project descriptions, update staff resumes and more Assist in developing strategic content for social media and website Maintain the organization of the marketing drive and image files Assist with coordinating company membership and sponsorship opportunities Assist in creating company and client interviews and presentations Assist in planning of company and client events Assist with misc. administrative and marketing tasks, as assigned This position is elgible for benefits and has a salary range of $55K - $65K.
