We're looking for a Client Service Associate to:
โ€ข keep management systems up-to-date with client information
โ€ข educate clients on account services and capabilities
โ€ข help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
โ€ข collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
โ€ข plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
โ€ข provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
Your team
You'll be working in the newly renovated Kenwood Branch with The Ellis Group . The Ellis Group is a Private Wealth Management team that works with a smaller number of high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and executives to help them achieve financial success. The team has been frequently recognized by Forbes and Barron's as one of the top wealth management teams in the country. The team's primary focuses are portfolio management and structuring thoughtful financial plans to help clients pursue their goals. Of great importance to the team is creating a positive work environment and opportunities for team members to grow their talents. The Ellis Group is looking for a Client Associate to help with the day-to-day servicing of client account needs and someone who is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients.
