Job Summary
The Strategic Partnerships team creates long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that add value for customers (HROs, SMBs, and WSEs), and revenue for each partner and PrismHR. ย The Client Growth Manager is responsible for driving adoption of PrismHR solutions and products among PrismHR HROs and their SMBs. ย 
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving add on client-based revenue by creating, executing, and managing outreach programs to the PrismHR service providers and service provider clients. ย 
  • Work closely with PrismHR ย Sales Engineers, Marketing Team, and Customer Success Team to help drive Client adoption of PrismHR solutions.
  • Align with partners on their goals and strategies to achieve those goals. ย Hold partners accountable for those activities.
  • Client Relationship Development: ย Develop relationships with PrismHR service provider clients through consistent outreach efforts, participation in Client Business Review meetings, attending PrismHR Client Events.
  • Participate in Client Business Review meetings. ย Responsible for discussing and presenting add on product and service attach rate metrics. ย 
  • Analyze program performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Work hand in hand with the PrismHR marketing and business development team on demand generation campaigns and lead qualification and development.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed assigned revenue growth objectives. Will need to leverage PrismHR CRM (Salesforce) and be responsible for capturing all required information on client meetings and outreach and pipeline opportunities.
  • Meet regularly with sales management to review overall progress, review growth objective progress, and strategize on program effectiveness to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and present quarterly business reviews to PrismHRโ€™s leadership team.ย 
  • Facilitate product feedback to the PrismHR product team
  • Learn and effectively discuss key decision drivers, competitive advantages, and market trends in the HRO space to help clients leverage growth opportunities.
ย Required Skills
  • 5+ years of selling HR Solutions
  • Specific experience with channel-based selling strongly preferred
  • Experience with Professional Employer Organizations and/or Payroll Service Bureaus strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales objectives.
  • Proven ability to create, execute, and manage sales and marketing programs to generate revenue.
  • Strong balance of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze trends and make informed decisions
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with a desire to assist in developing strategies and processes.
  • Strong MS Office skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
