Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, personable, and highly organized Client Relationship Associate to support a growing financial advisory practice. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, building relationships, and creating a positive client experience. The right candidate will become a trusted point of contact for clients and play an important role in maintaining strong client relationships and smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating with clients both over the phone and in person. We are looking for someone clients feel comfortable reaching out to when assistance is needed — someone who is professional, helpful, and able to build trust naturally. This position may offer opportunities for growth and advancement depending on performance and career interests, but advancement is not required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
•    Assist with client relationship management and ongoing client service
•    Sit in on client meetings and take detailed notes
•    Prepare and process client paperwork and documentation
•    Conduct outbound client calls and follow-up communications
•    Help ensure a smooth and professional client experience
•    Maintain organization of client records and internal systems
•    Learn and navigate financial and operational software systems
•    Assist with scheduling, administrative support, and general office operations
•    Troubleshoot basic technology or software-related issues as needed


Qualifications & Requirements
•    High school diploma required
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
•    Previous customer service experience required
•    Phone and client communication experience preferred
