Agility 360 is searching for experienced Customer Service Associates for a contract position with our client located in Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidates will posses a strong background in call center and customer service, with experience in Banking -  Home Owners Associations (HOAs) experience is also preferred. As an integral part of the team, you will hold a pivotal role connecting with clients to deliver exceptional customer service. Your dedication to service excellence will be unwavering, and you'll find fulfillment in embracing challenges that allow your exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills to shine. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting onboarding, relationship banking support, handling inbound and outbound calls, treasury & payments (ACH, wires, positive pay, lockbox), and exception processing.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting directly with clients via inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
  • Support customer onboarding processes and ensure a smooth experience
  • Provide relationship banking support to maintain and strengthen client relationships
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests in a timely manner
  • Manage treasury and payment operations, including ACH transactions, wire transfers, positive pay, and lockbox services
  • Perform exception processing and resolve discrepancies with strong attention to detail
  • Apply critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution
  • Uphold high standards of service excellence in a fast-paced call center environment

Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent is required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years previous experience in customer support/call center role required
  • 2+ years of Tax/Banking/Mortgage/Real Estate Industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Homeowners Associations (HOA) services and support is a plus
  • Experience supporting client onboarding processes and account setup
  • Working knowledge of treasury and payment operations, including ACH, wire transfers, positive pay, and lockbox services
  • Proven ability to perform exception processing and resolve transaction discrepancies
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions and documentation
  • Experience maintaining customer records and documenting interactions in CRM or internal systems
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships

Physical Requirements:

  • Position requires all forms of dexterity/mobility which may include extended periods of sitting/standing. May occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, twist, climb or balance, stoop, kneel crouch or crawl.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more.
  • May be required to drive for business purposes and must hold a valid driver's license in good standing and maintain personal auto insurance in compliance with local or state requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy, or distracting environment.

Job Details:
  • 6 month contract role (possible contract extension or full-time conversion after 6 months)
  • Location: Chandler, AZ
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm MST
  • Hourly pay range: Based on experience
  • Employment is contingent on passing a background check, credit check and drug screen
