As an ambassador of the Maison, the Client Advisor embodies Baccarat's heritage of excellence and artistry. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury experience to every client while achieving individual sales objectives and supporting overall boutique performance.
The Client Advisor demonstrates deep product knowledge, mastery of the selling ceremony, and a passion for storytelling. Through meaningful relationships and personalized service, they play a key role in developing client loyalty and driving the boutique's commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Client Development

  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales and performance targets (UPT, AVT, conversion...).
  • Provide tailored recommendations that reflect the client's lifestyle, preferences, and aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client book, engaging both local and international clientele.
  • Foster long-term relationships to encourage loyalty, repeat visits, and referrals.
  • Partner with the General Manager, Senior Advisor, Grand Vendeur, and corporate partners to optimize the client experience and business results.
Client Experience & Brand Representation
  • Deliver an authentic, immersive luxury experience consistent with Baccarat's values and heritage.
  • Engage clients through the Maison's storytelling and craftsmanship, inspiring emotion and desire.
  • Participate in boutique and offsite events, client activations, and VIP experiences to strengthen connections.
  • Represent the Maison with professionalism, elegance, and a service-driven mindset always.
Boutique Operations & Team Support
  • Support day-to-day boutique operations, including visual merchandising, display upkeep, and floor organization.
  • Partner with the merchandising team to ensure client requests and special orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Maintain stock organization and participate in inventories, cycle counts, and audits.
  • Contribute to special projects (packaging, price updates, reporting, etc.) as directed by management.
