Our Chapman BMW Chandler team is currently seeking a BMW Client Advisor to join our luxury sales team. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional client experience by providing expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and a seamless purchasing process for BMW customers. Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and identify needs to recommend suitable BMW vehicles
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany clients on test drives
  • Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and the purchase process
  • Stay current on BMW inventory, features, and automotive technology
  • Negotiate deals and assist with sales and financing paperwork
  • Deliver vehicles and ensure a high-quality customer experience
