Job description

About the Role

Greet clients and answer phones in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. Schedule clients for appointments. Complete data entry for client's files and office reporting. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members. Performs general clerical and administrative support of a responsible and confidential nature. Assists with filing, correspondence, faxing, preparation & distribution of documents and other material for clients and office. Take payments and assist with processing and reporting of daily revenue.

  • Answer Phones, check in clients for appointments

  • Receive Drop offs and client data in office and through mail

  • Data entry related to tax, bookkeeping, and payroll work

  • Maintain professional office environment

  • Ensure the office is using the appropriate network platforms to maintain client accounts and office programs

  • Assists in the processing of completed work to present to the client

  • Other office duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer Service

  • Experience with multiple web-based applications

  • Computer knowledge specifically with Microsoft Suites

  • Phone skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • 1-2 Years Experience • Technology driven • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suites including Teams • Self-Motivated
