Position Summary
Our Outside Sales team has grown significantly, and to continue serving our business clients, we are looking for an innovative, high-performing Client Executive.
The Client Executive generates revenue through consultative selling and account management for new and existing Verizon business accounts. This role is responsible for driving new business, executing sales strategy, and delivering profitable gross profit growth. It also requires consistent productivity, new customer acquisition, and sustained revenue growth within an assigned territory.
Customers rely on solutions that improve efficiency and security so they can achieve their goals. You will identify their most important challenges and recommend the right mix of security, unified communications, and network solutions. With the full portfolio of Team Wireless and Verizon Business services, you will build tailored solutions that meet critical client needs.
You will use your energy and expertise to develop and deliver solutions that not only meet client expectations, but exceed them.

  • Drive new business sales growth across assigned markets
  • Develop and execute scalable outside sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the strategy team, developing and executing business plans, driving executive-level contact planning and ensuring effective team communication
  • Streamline processes and effectively leading sales activities and forecasting.
  • Being the specialist on our offerings and knowing what the competition is doing.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
Achieve TEAM Wireless targets for:
  • Gross Profit (GP)
  • Net Adds
  • Business Account Growth
  • Account Retention
  • Device amp; Service Attach Rates
  • Forecast and manage sales pipeline performance
  • Sales Activity and module research
  • Lead and develop self through personal accountability
  • Achieve and Exceed performance expectations and accountability standards
  • Prepare and attend weekly / monthly funnel pipeline and performance reviews
  • Embrace a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution
  • Market Expansion amp; Business Development
  • Identify and execute new market expansion opportunities
  • Develop relationships with local business communities
  • Drive strategic partnerships within target industries
  • Execute enterprise and SMB customer acquisition strategies

Own personal performance metrics including:
  • Sales productivity
  • Gross Profit per sale
  • Sales conversion rates
  • New account acquisition
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM and pipeline tracking tools
Desired Qualifications
  • At least two years of relevant experience, demonstrated through prior work experience
  • Proven ability to deliver sustained revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of wireless, telecom, or technology sales
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and deliver results in changing circumstances
  • Strong experience acquiring new logos and growing existing accounts
  • Experience selling complex managed network and security solutions
  • Strong network of C-level client relationships
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish where appropriate
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% with rare needs to stay overnight
Preferred Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Experience with Verizon and/or a Verizon Wireless indirect agent environment
  • Knowledge of carrier programs and indirect sales models
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Understanding of wireless indirect compensation benchmarks
  • Passion for strategic sales roles
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions and/or systems integration services
  • Track record of meeting challenging sales goals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deals under tight deadlines
  • Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with executive-level customers

Commission / Override:
10.5% - 38.5% of Gross Profit according to quota attainment
Total On-Target Earnings (OTE):
