The Account Manager, PCS Division is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with referral sources to drive growth in the Personal Care Services (PCS) Division. This role focuses on maintaining strong partnerships with hospitals, CHHAs, MLTC plans, community organizations, and other referral sources while ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified referrals. The Account Manager will work closely with Intake, Recruitment, and Operations to ensure successful case conversion, service initiation, and ongoing client satisfaction. This is a commission-driven role ideal for a results-oriented professional motivated by growth, relationship-building, and revenue generation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, manage, and grow relationships with referral sources including MLTC plans, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, CHHAs, and community partners.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned referral sources, ensuring consistent communication, responsiveness, and service excellence.

Proactively identify new business opportunities and referral partnerships to expand PCS service lines.

Conduct regular in-person and virtual visits with referral sources to strengthen relationships and promote agency services.

Track referral activity, conversion rates, and performance metrics to drive strategic growth initiatives.

Collaborate with Intake and Recruitment teams to ensure timely processing, staffing, and start of care for all referred cases.

Follow up on all referrals to ensure successful admission and address any barriers to service initiation.

Resolve service issues or concerns raised by referral sources, patients, or internal teams in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain a strong understanding of PCS eligibility, payor requirements, and service offerings to effectively position the organization.

Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.

Participate in networking events, community outreach initiatives, and industry meetings to enhance brand presence. Maintain accurate documentation of referral activity, account interactions, and outcomes in the organization's systems.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets.

Performs other duties as required by the Account Manager role.

Qualifications/Education:

Graduate degree.

Prior experience in home care, healthcare marketing, intake, or account management strongly preferred.

Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships within the healthcare community.

Demonstrated success in a commission-driven or performance-based role.

Understanding of Personal Care Services (PCS), MLTC plans, and home care operations.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

Transitions to Commission: Uncapped, based on referral volume, case conversions, and revenue growth
