Job Title: Janitorial Account Manager
Location: Nashville, TN
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 5 hours/day)

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Janitorial Account Manager to oversee our client accounts, coordinate cleaning staff, and ensure the highest standards of service. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for maintaining clean and safe environments.
Key Responsibilities:  
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients  
Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and staff assignments  
Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards are met  
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally  
Assist in onboarding new clients and staff as needed  
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service reports
Qualifications:  
Prior experience in janitorial or facilities management is a plus  
Excellent communication and organizational skills  
Ability to work independently and multitask effectively  
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation  
Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude
Compensation: $19-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day (start time flexible)
