Tasks and Qualifications:This is What You Will Be Doing In This Role:
Develops and implements plans for strategic accounts.
Drives revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
Pursues long-term account strategy that maximizes profits.
Identifies, develops and manages channel partners to achieve channel goals.
Develops a complete understanding of thecustomers' organizational structure and key buying influences of assigned accounts.
Performscustomer presentations articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings.
Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.
Develops forecasts, budgets and operating plans for sales channels
This is What We Are Looking For:
BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree. A degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus. Certification may be required in some areas.
5- 8 years of successful experience in complex solution sales or in a related field, with 5+ years of logistics and automation experience.
Bilingual in English and French
High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness for business travel within Canada and the US
Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
Training in strategic selling methodology (Miller Heiman) preferred.

Identifie, developpe et gere les partenaires de canal pour atteindre les objectifs de canal.
Developpe une comprehension complete de la structure organisationnelle des clients et des influences cles des comptes assignes.
Effectue des presentations clients en articulant la proposition de valeur des offres de produits/solutions/services.
Fournit a la direction des suggestions pour ameliorer le volume, la part de marche et les niveaux de prix.
Developpe des previsions, des budgets et des plans operationnels pour les canaux de vente.
Ce que nous recherchons :
BS/BA dans une discipline connexe ou un diplome avance. Un diplome en genie industriel est un atout. Une certification peut etre requise dans certains domaines.
En general, 5 a 8 ans d'experience reussie dans la vente de solutions complexes ou dans un domaine connexe, avec plus de 5 ans d'experience en logistique et en automatisation.
Doit etre bilingue en anglais et en francais.
Grande maitrise de la suite MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Volonte de voyager pour affaires au Canada et aux Etats-Unis.Maitrise de
Salesforce preferee.
Formation en methodologie de vente strategique (Miller Heiman) preferee.
