Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will Be Doing In This Role:

  • Develops and implements plans for strategic accounts.

  • Drives revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.

  • Pursues long-term account strategy that maximizes profits.

  • Identifies, develops and manages channel partners to achieve channel goals.

  • Develops a complete understanding of thecustomers' organizational structure and key buying influences of assigned accounts.

  • Performscustomer presentations articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings.

  • Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.

  • Develops forecasts, budgets and operating plans for sales channels


This is What We Are Looking For:

  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree. A degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus. Certification may be required in some areas.

  • 5- 8 years of successful experience in complex solution sales or in a related field, with 5+ years of logistics and automation experience.

  • Bilingual in English and French

  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Willingness for business travel within Canada and the US

  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.

  • Training in strategic selling methodology (Miller Heiman) preferred.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • BS/BA dans une discipline connexe ou un diplome avance. Un diplome en genie industriel est un atout. Une certification peut etre requise dans certains domaines.

  • En general, 5 a 8 ans d'experience reussie dans la vente de solutions complexes ou dans un domaine connexe, avec plus de 5 ans d'experience en logistique et en automatisation.

  • Doit etre bilingue en anglais et en francais.
