What You'll Do

Account Growth & Revenue Developmentย 

  • Sell and grow a portfolio of regional and national client accounts while building strong relationships with key decision-makers. ย 
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and retention through upselling, cross-selling, referrals, account expansion, and new business opportunities. ย 
  • Own account performance and growth goals while serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients. ย 
  • Build a deep understanding of client needs and objectives through regular business reviews and strategic planning discussions. ย 
  • Deliver proactive recommendations that strengthen long-term partnerships and drive measurable account growth. ย 
  • Convert warm leads into opportunities and close new business deals in collaboration with the manager.

Lead the Sales Processย 

  • Lead client communication, timelines, and expectations from opportunity through project delivery.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure projects are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with client expectations while proactively resolving issues.
  • Monitor client industries, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and strengthen account strategies.
  • Represent Advertising Vehicles at customer meetings, networking events, and industry functions to build relationships and generate new business.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, pipelines, and revenue forecasts while tracking account growth, renewals, and sales activity.
  • Participate in sales meetings, account reviews, and performance discussions to support continued account growth and business development.ย 

Requirements

What You'll Bring to The Roleย 

  • 3-5+ years of successful B2B sales and/or business development experience.ย 
  • Proven ability to grow client relationships, increase revenue, and identify strategic growth opportunities.ย 
  • Verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.ย 
  • Experience developing multiple accounts with attention to detail, business acumen, and a results-oriented approach.ย 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and disciplined account management practices.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25-50% based on business needs.

Preferred Qualificationsย 

  • A proven track record working in the fleet graphics industry, as well as working with fleet management companies, upfitters, and OEM's.
  • Experience growing regional or national accounts.ย 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
