What You'll Do:
  • Support Account Directors by managing day-to-day execution for assigned accounts and projects
  • Take a lead role in quoting and estimating, including gathering requirements, coordinating internal and external inputs, and preparing clear, accurate proposals
  • Manage house accounts and smaller engagements independently, ensuring a high-quality client experience
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal project, creative, and technical teams
  • Help translate client needs into clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track project details including budgets, change orders, and approvals
  • Proactively flag risks, ask smart questions, and help solve problems before they impact clients
  • Learn and grow into deeper client ownership over time, with mentorship

What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, production support, or a related customer service role
  • Strong interest in quoting, estimating, and understanding how projects are scoped and priced
  • A natural sense of urgency, paired with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Clear, professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Curiosity about audio visual production, digital content, and live experiences
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and eagerness to learn
  • A genuine interest in building relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams alike

Why Stamm Media
  • Work with a collaborative, high-performing team that truly enjoys working together
  • Be part of a respected event technology company with a national footprint
  • Collaborate on innovative, high-impact, uniquely creative projects for major brands
  • Grow your career within a supportive, people-first culture
  • Have a real voice in shaping client relationships and projects
