Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director with a deep understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Marketing Technology (MarTech). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling sophisticated solutions to Fortune 500 companies, with a proven ability to drive enterprise-level sales and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals within the enterprise segment, ensuring a strong and healthy pipeline to meet targets.

  • Leverage your experience in CDP and MarTech to articulate the value proposition of our solutions to enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies.

  • Provide clear and accurate forecasting to sales leadership, demonstrating a strong understanding of deal progression and pipeline management.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their challenges and aligning our solutions to address their business needs.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients by providing tailored insights and recommendations that demonstrate the value of our CDP and MarTech offerings.

  • Strengthen client engagement through proactive communication and strategic alignment with their objectives.

Solution Selling:

New Logo Customer Acquisition and Growth of Existing Accounts:

Cross-functional Collaboration:

AI-Enabled Work

  • Ability to drive new logo/customer acquisition while strategically growing existing accounts to meet quota.

  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms, marketing technology trends, and enterprise client challenges.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to align technology solutions to client business objectives.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a track record of effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels.

  • Exceptional multitasking skills to effectively balance pipeline generation with new customers while fostering growth within existing accounts.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Treasure Work, Gemini, AI writing assistants, CRM intelligence platforms) to support account planning, outreach, and deal execution — with the judgment to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs before use.

  • Demonstrated ability to adopt new AI workflows independently and coach peers on best practices, treating AI fluency as a core competency alongside traditional enterprise sales skills.

Physical Requirements:

Preferred: Texas-based candidates who can travel to client meetings and are located near a major airport.

Salary Range:

$125,000–$155,000 base salary
On-Target Earnings: $250,000–$310,000 annually, based on a 50/50 base/commission structure, with uncapped commission potential.
