Who you are:

We're looking for a Product Marketer who lives and breathes the product.ย You are equal partsย product expert, storyteller, and evangelist. You love deeply understanding how a product works, why it matters, and how to showcase it in ways that instantly click for customers. You're comfortable on camera, excited about AI, and obsessed with helping people see what's possible.

What you will do:ย 

  • Become a subject-matter expert on Clerk Chat's platform, including core features, AI agents, and real-world use cases
  • Create high-quality product videos, demos, walkthroughs, and explainers for website, social, sales, and product launches
  • Evangelize the product externally through content, events, launches, partnerships, and community engagement
  • Design and showcase AI agents and workflows, highlighting how customers can use Clerk Chat to solve real business problems
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to translate product updates into compelling messaging
  • Own product positioning, feature narratives, and go-to-market storytelling for launches and new capabilities
  • Continuously test new ways to demonstrate value - from short-form video to live demos to interactive experiences

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product content, or a similar role in B2B SaaS or AI-driven products
  • Strong on-camera presence and experience creating product-led video content (demos, tutorials, feature launches)
  • Ability to deeply understand technical products and clearly explain them to non-technical audiences
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
  • Strong intuition for what resonates with customers and drives adoption

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with AI, LLMs, or conversational platforms
  • Background in developer-adjacent, no-code, or automation tools
  • Experience launching products or major features at an early-stage startup
  • History of building a personal brand or audience around product or tech content

Salary Range:ย 

The annual base pay range for this role is: $120,000 - $180,000

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in this compensation package and believe all employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
