Job description

St. Mary Catholic Central High School and Monroe Catholic Elementary School seek an organized, detail-oriented person to serve as Finance Office Clerk.
The Clerk is a part-time position in the Shared Services model between St. Mary Catholic Central and Monroe Catholic Elementary School. The Clerk assists in the Finance Office operations of SMCC and MCES.
Significant areas of responsibility include clerical work, recordkeeping, and accounting support for the Chief Financial Officer, including, but not limited to, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and benefits.
The position is a 12-month contract, renewable annually, for part-time work (up to 18 hours per week). A portion of the hours may be completed remotely, pending agreement between the successful applicant and the CFO. Starting pay is up to $18.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
