We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative / Clerical Assistant to provide day-to-day office and clerical support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.


Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Previous office, administrative, or clerical experience
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle confidential company information professionally


Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Scan, copy, print, and file documents
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Perform basic data entry and document processing
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitors and provide occasional front desk coverage
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments
  • Assist with special projects and other office tasks as needed
