The Newark Hospital Imaging department is seeking a FT Imaging Tech Assistant to support our Ultrasound team
Shift Hours:
  • 8hr shifts
  • 2300 - 0730 (Sundsay-Thursday)
  • Weekends as needed
  • Holidays as needed.
Responsible for:
  • Provide patient care and assist technical staff with imaging procedures, communications and patient needs
  • Assist with escorting patients to and from imaging department.
  • Prepare imaging rooms and supplies for procedures.
  • Clerical duties as needed.
  • Superior performance in Customer Service Skills.
Education and Experience:
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years related to medical environment experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted.

Hourly Pay Range: $19.10 - $27.69
