Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for a school in Jacksonville FL, 32224 (Near Beach Blvd. and Hodges Blvd.)

The shift is Mostly Evenings/Nights

Pay is: $18/hour

Position Summary:
The Supervisor is an energetic, detail-oriented, and people-focused individual who has a positive and upbeat personality. The Supervisor will lead our cleaning team and ensure our customers’ spaces shine every day. This role combines leadership, organization, and hands-on teamwork to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead & Motivate – Supervise, train, and support the cleaning team to bring out their best.
  • Mentor/Coach–Identify “rockstars” on the team (no we don’t mean musical rockstars; we will train on this expectation during onboarding).
  • Quality Control – Inspect facilities regularly to make sure all cleaning tasks meet our high standards.
  • Operational Excellence – Ensure that the team follows Job Cards and Close Down Checklists.
  • Organize & Schedule – Assign daily tasks, manage work schedules and time off requests, and keep operations running smoothly for all employees.
  • Hands-On Help – Jump in as needed to assist with cleaning tasks and model excellence for the team.
  • Learn gym tech, day porter, and all classroom cleaner routes - Be prepared to cover shifts and routes as needed.
  • Customer Care – Build positive relationships with customers by listening, responding, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Support Safety – Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation guidelines; including ensuring facilities are secure.

  • Experience in commercial cleaning and/or supervisory roles (preferred but not required—we’ll train the right leader!).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Availability to support all team members on various shifts, including weekend cleaners.
