Pay Rate $17.00 (when running the event)
Part-Time-Hours based one event schedule
BASIC FUNCTION
Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking to hire a Janitorial Supervisor. The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for all administrative responsibilities for the Event Shift. To ensure the cleanliness of the facility and ensure maximum service and quality standards are achieved.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
The Janitorial Supervisor reports to the Site Manager and receives their work assignments and supervision from the same.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES
• Organize, plan, and execute cleaning operations for assigned shifts.
• Control labor hours and labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Communicates acceptable productivity, safety, and quality standards and enforces them.
• Ensures all supplies, equipment, and labor are available to complete assigned tasks.
• Provides employee training and communicates company/client policies and procedures.
• Conduct walk-thru inspections of the facility throughout the length of the shift.
• Conduct in-service meetings with Team Leaders and employees.
• Responds to requests of the client.
• Reports all accidents and injuries or incidents immediately.
• Responsible for human resources concerns during assigned shifts and is also in charge of training, employee evaluations, and disciplinary/action reports.
• Maintains records for assigned shifts including checklists, sign-in/sign-out forms, equipment allocation, labor reports (billing sheets), time cards, inspection reports, team work schedules, and safety reports.
• Maintain equipment in good condition.
• Reports maintenance and safety concerns immediately.
• Ensures property details are completed.
• Ensures employees complete the checklist for job completion and signs off on them.
• Completes all other duties and service requests as assigned by the Site Manager.
• Display a service-oriented mindset at all times maintaining courtesy and diplomacy with residents, colleagues, management, vendors, and all external customers
• For safety purposes must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish skills for reading
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
• Reliable Transportation.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
• Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus.
• Supervising experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
