Your role:

  • Greet guests as they arrive or move through the bar area
  • Maintain proper and adequate bar setup on a daily basis
  • Guide guests through the beverage menu using descriptive selling techniques
  • Accurately take orders, confirming all special requests
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to enhance guest interaction and experience
  • Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and bar team members
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide timely and accurate check presentation to finalize the guest experience
  • Requisition and stock all beer, wine, and spirits
  • Maintain, prepare, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure quality
  • Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Enter orders into the POS system and create checks for each guest
  • Secure the bar at closing, including locking and storing inventory, handling cash drops, and balancing the bank

What are we looking for?

  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience required
  • Knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, beer, and wine
