Position Overview

Operating as a key member of the ClaimCenter team within the broader Claims Technology and Operations organization, this individual will play a central role in supporting ongoing platform enhancements through detailed requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design. This position will serve as a critical liaison between claims business stakeholders and technical delivery partners, ensuring that operational needs are clearly understood, accurately translated, and effectively implemented within ClaimCenter solutions.


Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering and Analysis
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis.
  • Document business requirements, including user stories, success criteria, and training documentation.
  • Create business cases and feasibility studies.
  • Document business scenarios while participating in and facilitating User Acceptance Testing.
Business Process and Solution Support
  • Propose business process improvements.
  • Perform low-code and no-code system configurations requiring minimal technical expertise.
  • Assist with backlog refinement and management of non-technical items.
Stakeholder Communication and Agile Delivery
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders.
  • Align with and support the Product Owner and delivery team regarding Agile best practices.
  • Support Agile activities, including refining and prioritizing backlogs, creating user stories, conducting demos, participating in PI planning sessions, and attending other ceremonies.

QualificationsExperience
  • 2+ years of claims, operational support, project management, and/or IT delivery or implementation experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of claims and/or insurance-related systems.
  • Knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter is preferable.
