Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Civil Rights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing civil rights complaints, conducting interviews, and analyzing cases to ensure compliance with civil rights laws. Your expertise will help in negotiating settlements and facilitating mediation for civil rights disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of civil rights complaints and determine probable cause.
  • Draft consent agreements and summaries of investigations.
