owners, and contractors. Based in Southampton, New York, our team has extensive experience in site
development and design. We serve both commercial and residential use.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Team.
We will consider applicants of all levels of experience from new graduate up to seasoned engineer.
Compensation to commensurate with experience.

Essential Duties &ย Responsibilities

  • Prepare wastewater designs, site drainage plans, grading plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and cut and fill analyses for residential and commercial projects.
  • Review surveys, floor plans, geotechnical reports and other data received from architects, designers, public records and subcontractors.
  • Use current industry software and programs to perform Civil Engineering design.
  • Work with assigned task scope and budget, coordinate with client and team to develop effective and efficient solutions.
  • Communicate with client on detailed aspects of engineering work and tradeoffs.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of applicable county and local municipal codes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BE Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
  • Three or more years of post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering. (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of current industry software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player who can work on several projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to evaluate and balance design tradeoffs.
