Job description

We are looking for a recent Civil/Geotechnical Engineering graduate to join our brand‑new Graduate Program, launching in 2026, based in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Design engineering solutions for geotechnical projects
  • Conduct and monitor site inspections
  • Log soil and rock data during field exploration
  • Participate in project and client meetings
  • Refine technical designs and documentation
  • Write geotechnical reports and specifications
  • Explore project and client management tasks
  • Leverage digital tools and innovative solutions

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Geotechnical Engineering
  • Completed foundational coursework in engineering geology, soil mechanics, and rock mechanics
  • Familiarity with routine geotechnical analysis
  • Coursework or work experience with numerical modelling
  • Successful completion of EIT exam, or the ability to take the exam within 12 months
  • Familiarity with industry‑standard engineering software (SLIDE, RS2, Settle3, GIS platforms, AutoCAD) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
  • Ability to work in the field for short-term projects
  • Demonstrated interest in the field through previous internships, volunteering, or organization memberships
