Responsibilities:
• Work as support layer between Citrix Eng. team (L3) and help desk (L1)
• Support and troubleshoot the Citrix 7.12 environment
• Must have knowledge or XenDesktop, NetScaler
• Support for Citrix and physical desktops/laptops running Windows 10.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Two resources at Level 2
• Work as support layer between Citrix Eng. team (L3) and help desk (L1)
• Support and troubleshoot the Citrix 7.12 environment
• Must have knowledge or XenDesktop, NetScaler
• Windows 10, Server 2016
• Support for Citrix and physical desktops/laptops running Windows 10
• U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply
