Must have 3+ years working in mortgage operations


Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Encompass loan origination system


Must have strong knowledge of business rules, roles, user permissions, custom forms, and personas


Must be able to troubleshoot workflow or rule issues


Experience with SQL queries is ideal


Must have strong customer service skills


Any experience in creating and implementing policies and procedures around Encompass Administration is a huge plus


Must be able to configure and maintain business rules (field triggers, milestone rules, advanced coding logic)


Must be able to maintain custom fields, input forms, print forms, and loan templates


Must be able to configure loan programs, workflows, milestone management, and alerts


Must be able to manage system settings for compliance (TRID, HMDA, RESPA, etc.)


Must have working knowledge of the end-to-end mortgage lifecycle


Must have strong documentation and communication skills


Must be able to document system configurations and changes


Must be able to participate in release management and regression testing


Must be able to maintain sandbox environments for testing


Must be able to create and maintain custom reports and dashboards


Must be able to monitor data quality and loan-level integrity


Must be able to support audit and compliance reporting requests


Must be able to train users on system updates and enhancements.
