Role Summary
Looking for senior Citrix Team Lead / Subject Matter Expert to lead global Citrix operations in a large enterprise environment. The role requires deep technical expertise in Citrix platforms and proven hands-on experience working within Export Control Environment Industry
Key Responsibilities
Lead 24x7 global Citrix operations supporting enterprise users.
Act as Citrix SME for design, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Manage and support:
Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) / DaaS
Citrix Workspace
Citrix ADC (NetScaler) / Gateway
Citrix Director & WEM
Design, build, and deploy new Citrix sites and environments.
Manage GPOs, Citrix policies, SSL certificates, MFA, RDS, and licensing.
Partner with application teams to publish, upgrade, and support applications.
Support separation and transformation initiatives across business units.
Ensure security compliance, patching, and operational stability.
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years in enterprise IT / End User Computing environments.
Experience in working with GE Scaled company with heavy complexity.
Experience working with compliant Defense/Military based customers.
Export Control Eligible
Expert-level Citrix experience in large, global environments.
Strong Windows Server/Desktop OS experience.
Experience supporting Citrix servers and thousands of applications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
VMware experience
Enterprise migration / separation projects
Infrastructure background (Windows, UNIX, Storage, Backups)
Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
