We are looking for an experienced Citrix Administrator / Engineer with 8–10 years of hands-on experience designing, administering, and supporting Citrix virtualization and application delivery environments. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, security, and scalability of Citrix platforms supporting business-critical applications and end users. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Citrix technologies, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience operating in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Citrix Platform Administration

Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) environments.

Manage Citrix components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, and Citrix Workspace.

Configure and support Citrix NetScaler / ADC for load balancing, SSL, and access gateway services.

Perform Citrix upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements.

Operations & Performance Management

· Monitor Citrix environments to ensure system availability, performance, and user experience.

· Troubleshoot complex Citrix-related issues including session performance, application launch failures, and profile issues.

· Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.

· Support high-severity incidents (P1/P2) and participate in on-call rotations.

Virtualization & Infrastructure Integration

· Integrate Citrix solutions with VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, and storage platforms.

· Work closely with network, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal end-to-end delivery.

· Support scalability planning, capacity management, and DR strategies.

Security & Access Management

Documentation & Collaboration
