Job description

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Tech Program Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.
Duties: Lead requirement gathering and business value assessments with stakeholders; document functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Analyze, design, and implement technology solutions. Provide product ownership; define system enhancements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure technical delivery meets compliance objectives. Direct and coordinate projects, including budgeting, forecasting, dependency tracking, risk identification, change management. Coordinate testing life cycle including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; coordinate bug resolution with development and Quality Assurance teams. Work with engineering teams to develop technical solutions for AML using Oracle, Data Warehouse, implement AML dashboards and ad-hoc reports using Excel or BI solutions like Business Objects or MicroStrategy. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Information Technology or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior System Analyst, Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Technology System Consultant, Manager-Business Consultant, Senior Consultant, Analyst Programmer, Technology Analyst or related position involving analyzing, designing and implementing technology solutions. 6 years of experience must include: Analyzing existing systems and new requirements with stakeholders and identifying gaps; Defining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring system solutions align with business objectives; Coordinating global programs, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring delivery is on time and within budget; Managing stakeholders, coordinating requirements, testing and deployment across regions, and aligning IT compliance; and Using banking domain knowledge and technical Skills (Databases Oracle, Datawarehouse, Business Intelligence tools) to understand requirements and translate compliance requirements to technical solutions.
