Position Overview:

Citibank is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analyst with strong experience in Tableau to support analytical dashboard development and data analysis within the Corporate Real Estate Services (CRS) team. This role will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design and implement dashboards that enable strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement analytical dashboards from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources and create meaningful relationships that support business strategy.
  • Ensure dashboard accuracy and usability by validating requirements with client relationship managers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide guidance on BI best practices.
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts associated with technical solutions.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in BI Data Analysis, specifically with dashboard creation.
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau (Required).
  • Solid experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle.
  • Experience in data visualization, data integration, and familiarity with IWMS software or Archibus (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience supporting corporate real estate or information management teams.
  • Understanding of BI platforms and dashboard/reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
