You will serve as a technical leader on-site, collaborating closely with global IT teams to ensure performance, reliability, and cybersecurity compliance across enterprise and plant-floor systems.**Why You’ll Love Working Here*** Innovative Environment: Work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible.* Professional Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development through training programs and workshops.* Collaborative Culture: A supportive and collaborative work environment where teamwork and knowledge sharing are encouraged.* Global Presence: Be part of a global company with diverse teams and the opportunity to work on international projects.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Designing and implementing scalable **LAN, WAN, and GAN** network architectures.* Leading and mentoring a team of Network Administrators.* Managing core and edge switching, OT networks, and Wi‐Fi access points.* Implementing and supporting **Layer 2 and Layer 3 network protocols**.* Designing and maintaining **plant-floor OT network segmentation**, including tools such as Xona.* Implementing enterprise cybersecurity solutions (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, Microsoft Defender).* Collaborating with global network teams to deploy and enforce infrastructure standards.* Monitoring performance using tools such as **Zabbix** and proactively resolving risks.* Supporting cybersecurity events and incident remediation.* Ensuring compliance with **TISAX, CMMC**, and other security audit requirements.* Leading or contributing to IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.* Maintaining detailed network documentation and operational procedures.* Coordinating with external vendors and service providers.**What We’re Looking For*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).* **7+ years** of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or architecture.* **3+ years** of experience supporting OT networks in a manufacturing environment.* Strong expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, SD‐WAN, IP addressing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).* Cisco certifications (CCNA / CCNP / CCIE); **CISSP** strongly preferred.* Experience supporting Windows Server and Linux environments.* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project leadership skills.* Ability to work independently in a fast‐paced, on‐site manufacturing setting.**Key Competencies*** Network architecture and security leadership* OT and enterprise network integration* Cybersecurity and compliance management* Cross‐functional and global collaboration* Proactive problem‐solving mindset**How to Apply**Apply online at **www.johnsonelectric.com** — We can’t wait to meet you!***Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team***Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
