Responsibilities


Design and build automatons for Cisco Unified Communications Systems, including Call Manager/Unified Communications Manager 6.x through 9.x, Unity Server, Unity Connection, UCCX and UCCE.


Work closely with the IPsoft UC Operations team to analyze operations metrics and determine potential automation opportunities across Cisco UC product portfolio.


Required Skills & Experience
Thorough understanding of Cisco UC architecture

Deep understanding of all consumer classes of entire Cisco

UC product portfolio Thorough understanding of WSDL, XML and JAVA

Well versed with .NET and J2EE programming

Good understanding of JAVA & .NET debugging

Thorough understanding of manual testing

In-depth knowledge of SQL

Understanding of Finite state machines

In depth understanding of REST API and Cisco AXL API

Elementary knowledge of PERL, SHELL and UNIX

Cisco CallManager/Unified Communications Manager 6.x through 9.x Unity Server and Unity Connection Cisco CallManager Express, Cisco Unity Express, SRST, CUBE

Strong knowledge of Cisco Voice Gateways, SIP/H.323/MGCP & ISDN PRI troubleshooting

Cisco Unified Presence & Mobility Manager, Cisco Unified Attendant Console

Qualifications

Qualifications


Bachelors degree in relevant technical discipline or equivalent professional experience is preferred
Cisco certifications are preferred (CCVP, Oracle Certified Professional in Java EE 5 / Java SE 7 Programmer or equivalent)
Qualified candidate must have 3 years experience with Cisco IP Telephony infrastructure, including design, implementation and ongoing management/troubleshooting
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects within the established scope, budget and timeline
Requires complex problem solving abilities with experience in programming logic
