Description
Daltile is seeking a Cisco Webex Calling Engineer to support its transition from an on-premises CUCM environment to Webex Calling. This person will help administer, migrate, configure, and troubleshoot Daltile's cloud calling environment through Webex Control Hub. The engineer will support user and device migrations, locations, phone numbers, calling features, PSTN connectivity, Local Gateways, number porting, Cisco endpoints, and enterprise voice troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has personally participated in a CUCM-to-Webex Calling migration and understands how to maintain reliable calling services during coexistence, cutover, and post-migration support. Responsibilities Administer Webex Calling through Webex Control Hub. Support Daltile's migration from CUCM to Webex Calling. Configure Webex Calling users, locations, licenses, numbers, devices, and workspaces. Configure calling features such as auto attendants, hunt groups, call queues, voicemail, schedules, and calling permissions. Provision and register Cisco desk phones, Webex devices, and soft clients. Support number porting, carrier coordination, migration waves, cutovers, and post-migration stabilization. Configure and troubleshoot PSTN connectivity through Local Gateway, Cloud Connected PSTN, Cisco Calling Plans, or Premises-Based PSTN. Support CUBE, SIP trunks, dial peers, codecs, certificates, and enterprise dial plans. Maintain interoperability between CUCM and Webex Calling during the migration. Troubleshoot inbound and outbound calls, registration, provisioning, one-way audio, dropped calls, call quality, routing, and caller-ID issues. Use Control Hub analytics, troubleshooting data, logs, SIP traces, and Cisco tools to perform root-cause analysis. Support E911 configuration and validate location-specific emergency-calling requirements. Coordinate with networking teams, telecom carriers, Cisco TAC, and business stakeholders. Develop migration documentation, configuration standards, testing plans, support procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials. Provide onsite support for deployments and cutovers when required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Recent hands-on Webex Calling experience is required; experience limited to Webex Meetings is not sufficient. Must have direct experience administering Webex Calling through Control Hub. Must understand enterprise PSTN connectivity and SIP-based voice routing. Previous participation in a CUCM-to-Webex Calling migration is strongly preferred. Experience with Local Gateway and CUBE is strongly preferred. Must be comfortable supporting both cloud calling and the remaining CUCM environment during migration. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are required. Cisco certifications are preferred but not required.
