Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Position Summary
The Staff Pharmacist Manager is accountable for second-shift manual dispensing operations within a high-volume, automated home delivery pharmacy environment. This role achieves business results through people, providing oversight and leadership to licensed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient pharmacy operations.

  • Accountable for second-shift pharmacy performance, safety, quality, and compliance
  • Owns daily production results, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of operational metrics

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Active and in good standing Indiana Pharmacist License or willingness to obtain Indiana licensure within six (6) months of hire
  • Prior experience leading, supervising, or influencing teams
  • Experience in a fulfillment center a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work second shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM), Monday through Friday
