With five exclusive cigar bar and lounge locations across the United States, we offer a unique blend of upscale ambiance, premium products, and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts related to our retail operations.

Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to support and grow our five cigar lounges and retail locations. Based out of our corporate headquarters in Naples, FL, this role will lead all retail marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximum customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic, sales, and brand awareness for each cigar lounge.
  • Lead local and national promotional efforts, including events, social media, email marketing, and in-store activations.
  • Collaborate with lounge managers to understand local market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Oversee content creation for digital and print materialsads, signage, newsletters, and web updates.
  • Manage social media accounts and digital presence for all lounge locations, including paid and organic strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to inform marketing strategy and improve ROI.
  • Coordinate with design and video teams to maintain brand alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships for retail-related initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or retail.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Canva/Adobe Suite).
  • Ability to travel occasionally to visit lounge locations across the U.S.
