  • Plan worship sets and service flows in collaboration with Student Ministry leadership
  • Lead rehearsals and prepare teams effectively and pastorally

  • Participate in Student Ministry gatherings, planning meetings, camps, and key events
  • Help create engaging environments that effectively connect with students and families
  • Maintain consistent communication with Student Ministry and Worship Ministry leadership

Creative & Media Support

  • Assist in creating and coordinating Student Ministry digital content and social media communication in collaboration with the Communications Ministry
  • Contribute creative ideas that help engage students through worship, storytelling, and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with production and communications teams to support high-quality worship and media environments

Technical & Professional Qualifications

  • Ability to lead worship vocally and instrumentally with proficiency
  • Experience leading worship and developing teams preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively
  • Comfortable using workplace software, planning tools, and presentation software
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders
  • College degree or ministry experience preferred

Organization Relationship:

This position reports directly to the Lead Worship Pastor and works in close partnership with the Student Ministry Director.

As part of the Worship & Production Ministry, this role contributes to the overall worship culture and ministry development of Faithbridge Church while maintaining a primary focus on Student Ministry.

Working Conditions:

This is a salary and full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week), with a regular weekly in-person schedule determined by the Lead Worship Pastor, along with some pre-approved Sunday, evening, and special event work.
