Full-time - 40 hours/week
Pay: $22.00/hr
Hourly - Non-exempt

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:ย 
The Grace Kids Early Childhood Coordinator will create an environment in which all Grace Kids Early Childhood (EC) ministry is executed with excellence and care. This role will implement a fantastic ministry geared towards children ages 6 weeks-5 years old that is Jesus-centered, safe, and fun while building caring and pastoral relationships with families and volunteers. They will be responsible for:ย 
  • Effectively contribute to, communicate, and champion the vision for Grace Church as a whole, Grace Kids & NXT Gen ministries. ย 
  • Energize ministry through presence during live programming (Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday).ย 
  • Collaborate with Grace Kids Staff (Director, Managers, Associate, Coordinators, ADMIN) regarding every aspect of early childhood programming. ย 
  • Execute all tasks necessary to prepare for, deliver during, and follow up after Sunday morning and Wednesday night early childhood programming.ย 
  • Execute tasks as assigned by the Early Childhood Manager to ensure classroom supplies and equipment are functional and shared well with all ministries (i.e., Grace Beginnings, Tuesday Mornings, Students).ย 
  • Conduct weekly meetings with Early Childhood disciplers.ย 
  • Aid in growing the Early Childhood Discipler community.ย 
  • Organize and oversee all supplies and resources for Early Childhood Programming.ย 
  • Network with Grace Church โ€“ Chaska and kid's ministries from other churches. ย 
  • Collaboration with Grace Kids Staff for department-wide events and programming (e.g., Summer VBS, Holiday services, etc.).ย 
  • Assist with church-wide events. ย 
  • Other duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL AND SPIRITUAL EXPECTATIONS:
  • Education preferred (not required): Associate or Bachelorโ€™s degreeย 
  • Experience preferred (not required): 2+ years of experience in roles involving the key duties, responsibilities, and expectations of the positionย 
  • Exhibits a meaningful and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.ย 
  • Exhibits a commitment to personal and active participation in the fulfillment of the Great Commission.ย 
  • Exhibits a lifestyle appropriate to a person in public Christian ministry by conducting life with integrity.ย
