DUTIES:
Provides support to the building Principal. Coordinates various office support services. May exercise general supervision of office staff.
SALARY:
$22.00 - $35.80 per hour depending on experience, plus full-time benefits per RHEA, Coalition Unit, Administrative Support Professionals Chapter. Review the Total Rewards of the position in the full contract at: www.rhnet.org/contracts
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must currently hold the Civil Service title of Senior School Secretary OR be reachable for appointment from the current Senior School Secretary list OR have High School Diploma plus 4 years of full-time office clerical experience OR have an Associate's Degree in Secretarial Science plus 2 years of office clerical experience. MUST be able to work independently and be detail-oriented. Prior accounting/bookkeeping and/or Student State experience preferred.
This is an appointment to the Civil service HELP Program and no exam is required.
